Hi, I'm Dr. Diederich- looking forward to meeting you! In practice for 25 years; I have deep knowledge and broad experience in general dentistry. Formerly Assistant Professor at top Schools of Dental Medicine at UConn and Harvard, I am inventor of the JADRAD Dental X-Ray Shield as well.

We are proud to have moved into our new state of the art dental office designed for superior patient comfort, efficiency, convenience and safety. This artfully designed office is styled with an euro spa flair for aesthetics and beauty and attention to detail. It is complete with the latest digital technologies and was built without compromise for surgical, anesthetic and emergency equipment for maximum patient safety.

Office Sterilization and Safety Procedures
We want to ensure the health of our patients and our dental team. Our practice follows safety procedures recommended by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). These measures include:

• Using disinfectant hand soap
• Wearing gloves, masks, glasses and/or face shields
• Chemical disinfection of countertops and surfaces
• Sterilization of all non-disposable instruments and equipment before every use
• Chemical disinfection of all items which cannot be sterilized
• Use of disposable plastic coverings and sheath over surfaces with high contact such as the dental chair, equipment, air/water syringe and light handles.

Our wonderful staff includes Office Manager Erica Gordon, and Dental Assistants Monika Kalinowski and Katie Dearden who have 30 years combined experience, training and certifications. We regularly attend training classes, dental lectures, and dental conventions so we can offer you the latest dental techniques, procedures, products and equipment to treat you and your smile well.
